This has been an incredibly busy time for Lydia as she tackles one first experience after the next.
First, Grandpa Grady taught her how to do this:
And now she does it all the time!

She had her first time on the swings at the park and loved it!
Then, while waiting for Karen, Mike and Dylan to come home from the hospital --
she started to crawl!
One of her many exploratory adventures:

Other firsts of late include:
pulling herself up to standing in her crib and using other furniture, taking a few tentative steps as we hold her hands, another tooth (that makes 7), sampling meat baby food (her first time around she was not a fan... still not sure if she likes it), laughing more and making mom and dad laugh even harder.
We're so lucky to have such a happy girl!
Now if only we could figure out why she is constantly spitting up...

What a cute crawling picture! That's so exciting!
She has more teeth them my 14 months old.
And maybe she is always spitting up because of the smell of babyfood meat, that has to be one of the worst smells in my book!
And congrats to her on crawling but to you, good luck!!:)
she is such a cute baby...and by the looks of it a busy one!
Lisa you look great.
She is such a cutie!! I can't wait to get to meet her this summer :)
And Allison went through a really bad spit-up phase when she was probably about 8 or 9 months old. When I asked the doctor about it, his response was, "That's more of a laundry problem than a medical problem." I wouldn't worry to much about it...just keep extra clothes handy (for her and you!!).
